Who is behind Flip Side RE

Business relationship and disclosures

Flip Side RE is a property-acquisition brand operated by MHT Investments Inc. MHT Investments Inc also conducts licensed real-estate brokerage activity under the name My Key Real Estate.

When MHT Investments Inc evaluates a property for purchase, it is considering the property for its own account as a prospective principal buyer, not acting as the property owner’s real-estate agent in that proposed purchase.

If a traditional sale appears more appropriate and the owner wants brokerage representation, that would be a separate real-estate relationship through My Key Real Estate and would require its own disclosures and a written agreement.
