Flip Side RE is not tied to a single city. This page explains, in plain language, how we think about location. It is a framework, not a list of places or a promise that we can help with every property.
Three ways we think about location
Core, Extended and Other areas
Core areas
Places where we expect to be able to look at properties most directly. We do not publish a city list or a fixed distance here.
Extended areas
Selective and case by case. In these areas we consider the specific property, its location and condition, and whether it is a fit. Being outside a core area does not rule a property out, and being inside one does not guarantee an offer.
Other areas
Provisional. Outside the areas above, a direct purchase by MHT Investments Inc is not expected. A conventional listing through My Key Real Estate may still be an option, under a separate brokerage agreement.
What this does and does not mean
Being clear about limits
- We do not buy directly everywhere in Southern California.
- We do not promise an inspection, offer or closing in any particular market.
- We do not publish a fixed service radius.
- Whether we can help depends on the property and the situation, not only its location.
