This policy explains what information the Flip Side RE website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Last updated October 2026.
Please keep your submission simple. Do not send account numbers, government ID numbers, medical information or other financial details you do not need to share.
Who we are
Flip Side RE is operated by MHT Investments Inc, California DRE corporation license #02197885, which also conducts licensed real estate brokerage under the name My Key Real Estate. The designated officer is Anita Marchena, broker, DRE #02031692. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean MHT Investments Inc and the Flip Side RE team.
Information this website collects today
If you send us the “Tell Us About Your Property” form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, who lives there, condition or situation, timeline, preferred contact method and best time to reach you, and any message you choose to add. We also record that you checked the consent box.
The form also records the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source), the date of your first visit to this site, how many seconds you spent on the form, and the IP address and browser type your device sends. You can browse this website without submitting the form, and we do not ask for your information anywhere else.
How information would be used
We use what you send to review your property details, contact you about them, and keep a record of your inquiry. We contact you by the methods you tell us you prefer, which may include phone, text and email. Submitting the form is not a commitment and does not create an agency relationship. We do not send automated marketing text messages or automated drip campaigns from this website. If you want calls, texts or emails to stop, tell us and we will stop.
Service providers and processors
We use a small number of providers to run this website and handle requests: our managed WordPress hosting provider (KissMyDomain), which stores the website and the form submissions; Elementor, the form software on our site; Google Workspace (Gmail), which delivers the notification and confirmation emails; Google Analytics, which measures website traffic as described below; and Wise Agent, the customer-management system where we keep your inquiry so we can follow up. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
To reduce spam, the form includes a hidden field and a timing check. They do not collect extra information from you.
Analytics, cookies and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how far visitors scroll, and whether they tap the call, text or form buttons. Analytics receives the page address and title (including any campaign tags in the link you used), your approximate location, your device and browser type, and a cookie that tells one visit from another. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or property address to Google Analytics, and nothing you type into the form is sent to it. When the form is submitted, Analytics only receives a count that a submission happened.
We keep Google signals and ads personalization turned off, we keep Analytics data for 14 months, and we do not record our own staff while they are signed in to the website. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels on this website. The site also stores a small record in your browser (local storage) with the date and campaign source of your first visit, so we can tell which source brought your request. It is sent to us only if you submit the form, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
The property form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help block spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA runs in the background and may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and how your browser interacts with the page, which is sent to Google to decide whether the visit looks automated. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The reCAPTCHA check loads only on the property form page, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing with partners or others
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with the service providers listed above, with other licensed professionals involved in your request if you ask us to, and where required by law, court order or to protect our rights.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and the related records for as long as needed to respond to you, follow up and maintain our business records. When they are no longer needed we delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your privacy choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also tell us at any time to stop contacting you by phone, text or email. Contact us using the details below. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor valid requests.
